No updates- no delivery...

It has now got to the stage that we first look who an ecommerce site uses as courier , before buying from the. Medication that had to be delivered - in an ice pack - has not been delivered 3 days later. Being a weekend now - you know that it will also not be delivered. So very expensive medication down the drain. No update son there site...so software behind...Will definitely make sure an online provider does not use them, before buying from them.
