No True Overnight Courier Services

You pay for overnight shipping but only get’s delivered 4 days later. Then they tell you no but it is in a Regional area so there is no overnight shipping available for that area. Why is this not explained from the get go and why offer overnight courier when the area does not qualify for it.

Then to make matters worse they assure you that the parcel will be delivered on that specific day then it does not get delivered. I know that where the branch sits in Tzaneen and where the customer is to who I am sending a parcel is less then 1km away. You can stand at the front door of my customers shop and see Tzaneen Lifestyle Centre where the Tzaneen branch is based.

I understand that Courier services are under severe pressure but still do not offer a service that you can not live by.
