No support from customer support

Booked two parcels on Wednesday, Thursday we had protests in our town so I was unable to deposit my packages because the whole town was shut down. Contact customer support for Support and the response is if it has expired then you have to rebook. Like we all have unlimited money falling out of the sky like manna. Your customer service is terrible, you don't car about your customers.
