No service no response no parcel

My par el was send on 22December 2021 to be delivered in locker at Elgin mall on Tuesday 28 December 2021. Since then no parcel no sms no email no contact from The Courier guys and we struggles to get feedback or response from them. No feedback no response no follow up and parcel cannot be traced as well. Service is a disaster. Trying to phone them no answer aswell.
