No service from The Courier Guy

I have ordered goods from Partners Hair online. They despatched the parcel on th 24th of November and i received a waybill no. Since then, today the 5th of December i have not received my parcel and every day the courier guy informs me it will be delivered. Only this morning i was advised it went missing and THANT I NEED TO FOLLOW UP WITH Partners hair. Unbelievable poor service and they lie to clients consistantly. I am not happy and they take clients as a fool to inform us daily that the parcel went out for delivery. Shame on you Courier Guy - not even an attempt from your side to correct. You further lie to me informing me that you have contacted the supplier. Upon me phoning them this morning it was the first word they heard about the problem. Lies lies lies...... unacceptable~
