Don't even try deal with this company. If you actually want your parcel delivered, a ***eon service would be quicker. The Pietermaritzburg branch has been completely useless. The customer service is absolute ******* actually, there is No customer service. If you are lucky enough to get through to the manager - nothing happens anyway. I have waited for a parcel to be fetched for the past week and still nothing. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
