No service at all, I need my refund ASAP.

I'm very unhappy, on 27th July 2023 I placed a same day delivery 8D78SB request cost me over a thousand because I thought I would get the service delivery as advertised.

Sadly no, I had to call for the courier guy to collect the package I should have seen that as a red flag, it didn't end there, checked in the morning 28th July no updates on tracking dialed *** 8h30am to find out what's happening my client has received their package, they said I shouldn't worry my client will receive it on the 28th July 12pm and it's already in Johannesburg, I called Johannesburg burg on *** and they nope it says the package it's still at Nelspruit.

I dialed Nelspruit branch again no answer, dialed over and over again, I decided to send someone to the branch to find out what's happening.

They told him sorry sir the package never left infact no one is going to Johannesburg today, I'm still furious very.

I lost R 5000 thanks to courier guy and now I am struggling to get my refund.

I need my money back Into my account I've already lost more than that, all my plans are ruined

Courier is not to be trusted at all with services please don't advertise what you can't offer.

This was my first time and I regret this because it ruined my financial plans and trust on my client.

I sent emails and the stupid whatsapp is not helping its like I keep starting over chatting with 20 people where I have to explain my story, and all I get is they will refer my query to the correct department, even today I'm still waiting for the correct department.
