No service at all, empty promises

GLWPP-Tracking number. We requested for the parcel to be collected 30 days ago from Mpumalanga to Limpopo ( Lebowakgomo). Since Tuesday the 12/04/2022 till to date,they promised to call back and do the follow up with the Makopane depo but still nothing. What seems to be the delay because you have scanned the 2 boxes,wrapped with yellow tapes. We even gave permission to open the boxes, its Herbal medication from Bell Lifestyle. NB: Our clients are waiting for their products, we need them like yesterday. Reece gave me empty promises or you misplaced it. if there was a -10 rating i was going to give you one.
