No response from call center

We tried twice to get hold of your offices today re a late collection. Twenty minutes on the phone in total. No one has bothered to call us back. Took you 22 hours to collect a parcel. Same happened last week. Very shoddy service. Very disappointing because you started out started out being an excellent company to deal with.
