No Respect for your Property

I had expensive solar panels transported with them, i did transport the same items as well before without any issues. This time the broke the 2 panels completely by wrong lifting methods which is clearly visible on the fotos available.....they have a part written in their terms and conditions about solar panels, which I understand completely......but that does not give them the right to handle my property the way they like....no one at the company wants to look into the matter....surely they can just leave the items at their warehouse and give me a call and ask me to come and collect it myself instead of handling the items improperly and breaking my property just because their terms and conditions cover them.....even the MD, a Mr Steven Moritz Gleisner does not even respond to my messages....terms and conditions doesn't waiver anyone from breaking customers items as they wish....
