No respect for people's time

Good day, And so the day arrived that I will no longer use The Courier Guy or recommend them to anyone. I booked a parcel on-line on Sunday evening to collect at our offices between 08:00 and 16:00. By 15:15 the parcel was still not collected. When I phoned I was transferred endlessly to the wrong people until I finally got to the person responsible for the Linbro Park area who indicated that they will collect before 17:00. I informed him that the offices close at 16:00 and that I booked the parcel for collection before 16:00. It is actually an option you can click when booking the parcel. He said he would send a guy to collect immediately. Long story short, they left our Receptionist waiting until 17:15. When the driver finally arrived for collection he had a female passenger with him in the vehicle. If it is more important to collect friends and family from work than to collect my parcel (for which I paid) then I would rather take my business somewhere else. The worst is probably that the driver kept on saying that he is 10 minutes away and eventually showed up an hour later, lying about where he is. So much for "Xpress Online Courier" service
