No Remorse!!! Poor Service!!!!! ??????

I sent through a parcel yesterday on ECO and it was misdirected. On all platforms (call, whatsapp, online chat) I got a poor response. Nobody is explaining anything I'm just being told to wait for the parcel to come back on Monday. I called the kiosk thinking they would help me and they were just rude to me! The guy was basically rushing for the call to end. He basically told me I should have sent the package overnight if I wanted it to arrive on time. Zero remorse or compassion for a mistake THEY made! ?
