No regard for packages!!!!

On 18 April 2023 a very expensive and fragile parcel was sent to me via The Courier Guy from Bodygraphics in Jhb. We have even paid extra for the parcel to be marked fragile. This parcel is also to be handed to us with the pin that was issued, so they had to ensure to hand this to us in order for us to give them the pin supp****. The driver simply threw the package over our gate into our driveway, A PARCEL WORTH ALMOST R8000 !!!!! I didn't even know they threw it over the gate and missed the parcel with inches when driving into our driveway. THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Never in my life have I experienced such terrible service from a courier company. The package didn't even have a fragile sticker on EVEN THOUGH WE SPECIFICALLY PAID AND REQUESTED IT TO BE HANDLED WITH CARE. Waybill nr VH3MJB.

I need an explanation on why this was delivered in such a manner and will take further steps if I find that this product was damaged!!
