No regard for customers

Got a call around 8am, guy asking me to meet him somewhere bcoa they sont deliver to where I am. I asked 'what if I don't have a car he said I should give him an alternative address. I took it up with their online help-chat and they are sorry for the inconvenience, is there an alternative address.

How do they accept courier they cannot do??
