No refund/accountability after paying Insurance for a parcel

I can't believe this place. After taking out insurance on a parcel, it gets damaged & Courier Guy just refuses to pay the refund because they apparently don't do insurance on fragile items (wooden cutting boards), BUT YET, they take the insurance MONEY! This is the 4th parcel we sent via Courier guy over the past month that got damaged.
