No refund since 6 Aug for late delivery - TCG***9

On 28 July 2026 I paid R2039.65 at The Courier Guy Cape Town Kiosk for OVERNIGHT service from Cape Town to KZN village. Waybill TCG***9. I was told it will be delivered on 31 July because it's a village. It was only delivered on 5 August - 5 days late, 8 days after sending.

I complained on 6 August and spoke to Robin. I was told head office will confirm refund amount. Today is 31 August and they no longer respond to emails/texts. I have all proof - tax invoice, FNB slip, waybill. I want my refund for failure to provide the service I paid for.
