NO REFUND PUDO

So made address mistake for a parcel to Cape Town tried to cancel right after This was 5Sept'22, I send the parcel to the right address and contacted PUDO via e-mail for the cancelation.

There is a street in Cape Town Murray Street in Goodwood Murray Street in Vierlander I made a mistake with the suburb

I trust you are well I regret to inform you that your credit request has been denied. Please take note that credit will not be returned for the following reasons : -Booking cancelled by sender/receiver -Bookings are no longer required -When parcel get sent on TCG account -Arranged to use another courier company/other way of sending the parcel -Incorrectly booked ( as there is a page where conformation of details needs to be made) -Unable to make the deposit time The reason for this is that the locker space has been reserved which takes the space off the market for other clients to utilize.
