No real feedback on my CXL order

Hi Tring to cancel a courier that I booked. I have chat on whatsapp, called the call centre and send several emails.

I can not cancel on my profile, as I did not log in as explained to all 3 communication ways.

Now its hours later, had to book another courier as nobody is getting back to me at courier guy.
