No priority with overnight parcel (Somerset West)

Your opposition did in 20 minutes what your driver could not do in nearly 8 hours : collect.

We booked an overnight collection just after 8h00 this morning. By 15h00 it had not been collected and your driver is usually here by lunchtime. So we queried it. Your support staff are useless. No one could give me a simple yes or no answer to the question if the driver was still coming today. They were not prepared to invest any effort into a finding out what was happening. This was an OVERNIGHT parcel for crying in a bucket - not a when you feel like it one. Shocking service. We had to cancel and book with the opposition - who collected in 20 minutes.
