No pride in handling client's packages. Always causing damages whilst in transit

These guys are the worst courier company to deal with when it comes to bulkier items. Had 3 pallets shipped with them via road freight. 30% of my goods are damaged beyond repair and they refuse to accept responsibility. Visible signs of being knocked by possible hyster forks, packaging ripped open and looks like my goods were thrown around from 1 vehicle to the next.
