No pickup from The Courier Guy and disappointed customer.

I am terribly disappointed that my package for Waybill For Booking Number *** was not collected today the 11 Jan 2021 between 8am - 4pm whilst I paid the invoice. My customer is disappointed and myself as this is a crucial time for couriers delivering packages timeously. Please fix it or refund me thanks.
