Absolutely pathetic phone manners from Josh at the dbn branch. Why advertise a turn around time and then want to charge in access of R500 for a weekend delivery? The guy at the dbn courier guy needs lessons on phone ethics and how to speak to a client in a helpful manner.

Pathetic!! I will never use another business that uses the courier guy to fulfill a delivery to my business.
