No parcel is safe or cared about with these idiots!

Let me just start by saying this does not even deserve one star. This company is either extremely stupid or just don't care about other peoples belongings, maybe a combination. I had a parcel delivered at work. Unfortunately I fell sick and had to leave work early that day. As most of you know they supply you with a pin to give to the driver on acceptance of your parcel. Seems safe doesn't it? Well not if the driver doesn't care, doesn't ask for a pin and just gives the parcel to the first person they see. And as long as they physically then sign for it, it's ok. Turned out they gave it to the guy who works in the storeroom. This, being my financees wedding ring, could have easily been mistaken for stock. Someone could have opened it and seen it was something of value and ****..disappears. I work at a very big company and don't even know everyone that works there. Hardly know the person who signed for my parcel. I get a reply that they are sorry for the inconvenience but I have to try to understand that confusion came in as they deliver all the companies parcels at receiving. Uhm..well..except for the fact that it's not addressed to the company. I'm furious, livid..the list goes on. I will never in my whole life EVER think of using this company again and I will tell everyone that will listen that their parcel is not safe with these bunch of idiots!
