No one taking responsibility for lying about delivery

I received a message on the 31 July 2024 @13H32 to say my parcel is in transit for delivery. At 16H41 i made contact with a consultant and they got back to me at 17H02 to say the parcel was put back into the locker.

I then checked the tracker on the morning of the 01 August 2024 and it showed out for delivery at 08H02. I them sent another email at 15H26 on the 01August 2024 to asked when the parcel will be delivered as it was out at 08H02 the morning already.

I was told the driver did not return it to the hub and it was in the locker. At 17H04 i was emailed the say the driver is at the locker and will be advised shortly when the parcel will be delivered. I am still waiting. At 18H05 i see on the tracker that the parcel was returned back to the Hub and it says "delivery failed attempt". There was no attempt to even deliver the parcel and nobody is taking responsibility to actually tell me the truth.

My business is built on integrity and my client expected his package today. How does that make my business look?
