No notification

It's impossible to collect a parcel from a kiosk, if I don't receive an SMS or email (and I looked through spam and trash to make sure) that the parcel is waiting. If the sender didn't notify me, I still wouldn't have known that it was in the locker.

Hence the parcel was not collected, but hopefully I will be able to collect after my telephone enquiry, and if I get notified.
