No longer interested in service

We have user The Courier Guy for the last four years and service was always good. Lately I cannot say the same. Goods arrive damaged repeatedly and they just do not accept responsibility. Even when good are insured they still give you a runaround. We are looking for alternatives. The have changed from a good courier service to an entity specialising in making excuses.
