No help from support

I can’t believe this company is associated with PUDO, with whom we get great service. Last year I was severely overcharged by the Courier guy for my very small package which they weighed incorrectly, but after causing a ruckus they corrected it. This year their system captured our address incorrectly (it wouldn’t allow me to enter it any other way), and I’m still waiting to receive feedback or package even after sending them the address and google maps pin. Trying to reach support helpline is an impossible task, and their whatsapp chat bot is totally useless. Supposedly they are open for answering queries on Weekend mornings.
