No help from Pudo couriers.

Good day, I have had extremely terrible service from Pudo. This is my second time using them. Wont use them ever.

1st time was ****med. Asked For help to track down the ****mer. He stole a R2000 radio control car, I know now that you register with your address and bank details. They could have helped me. But didn't.

Now the second time. Had a parcel boxed up. When it got to the other side, box was demolished and open. 3 clothing items was gone. The client said she spoke to courier guy customer service and was very rudely spoken to with no help what so ever. Said they are not responsible. The driver is to he held responsible for those missing items. He transported the box. I expect to be refunded. Something needs to be done. This has been a terrible experience. The lady that's paid for the items is a stage 4 cancer patient. She needed the clothes very badly. Now it's gone. Vanished.
