No Feedback or proper explanations! Worst experience ever!!

I have a Waybill no: LOCK ***4 Still haven't received my parcel!!!!!!!!! No one can give me an answer to where my parcel is! Worst experience of my life! They collected my parcel on 05/12/2023 today is the 13/12/2023 still NO feedback! I'm super disappointed and upset cause this is unacceptable!!
