No delivery...why do you lie and make commitments you cannot keep

I have been waiting for a delivery since the 30th July. It is now the 2nd August. Receive a notification every morning before 7 and nothing turns up. Today I literally spent the day waiting after talking to at least 3 agents through out the day. They all promised delivery befor 530 pm.
