No delivery of parcels, drivers lie about not being able to contact receipients.

Parcel was sent on 26th April through overnight service, we have been waiting since. The parcel keeps being “returned to hub” ywt we have never received any sms or call regarding the parcel. We spoke to their customer services and gave them 4 different numbers, including a landline but they still failed to deliver. The Lydenburg Branch manager Mandy, told me she has over 12000 customers to deal with, so i guess I do not make the list of an important one.

This used to be one of the fastest delivering branches but their drivers now are just a bumch of ****s. If you have a parcel that is going to be delivered by their Lydenburg branch, rather use another courier company.
