No delivery No drivers

The recipient will be on his way back from Durban to Vereeniging on Monday no need to try and deliver on Moday send the parcel back to Vereeniging if you cant deliver Sunday a manager told me hell phone back which also never happened i will never make use of Courier Guys again i have never heard of a big courier company that don't have drivers the next day and request the recipient to fetch his parcel at the hub. Now i know to rather use DHL with theirs own airplane.
