NO Delivery

It is second time this year i have received the most terrible service from The Courier Guy! In February this year they coild not locate Cuban Consulate in Pretoria though i have provided them not only with the address, but also with the phone number. Today i was supposed to receive a parcel with a photocamera. I was at home and also my daughter. Though the Courier Guy claims he buzzed the Intercom neither of 2 people heard it. He also gave me 2 miss calls which i returned exactly 7 min later. The Courier Guy informed me that he left my parcel with a complex Gardner and left. WHY??? Explanation is needed. The parcel was not accepted or signed off by me.
