NO DELIVERY BY PUDO COURIER GUY

Pudo parcel sent on 24 December. Sms saying its delivered on 3 /01/2025. Parcel was never delivered WA line non responsive to messaging. after 2 days eventually get an answer from SHARNE that parcel is in BlOEmfontein. I am told to wait On 8 january I contact the WA line again. Till now NO COMMUNICATION FROM PUDO ON WA OR EMAIL. On 8 january Alvaan Makapaan answers to say anothet ticket will be created. I must wait they will contact me. It is the 10 Jnauary. I am still waiting. Just spent 1 hour on the telephone to tTRY AND SPEAK TO A PERSON. BEEN SENT FROM PILLAR TO POST. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHERE THE PARCEL IS.
