No Delivery Attempt Made – “Could Not Reach Customer” Without Contact

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from The Courier Guy. My parcel was marked as “Out for Delivery” in the morning, but later updated to “could not reach customer.” This is not accurate, as I was at home the entire day and did not receive a single phone call, SMS, or attempt from the driver.

This delivery has already been delayed since 5 December, and this false update has caused additional frustration and inconvenience.

I request the following urgently:

A priority delivery on the next business day

An explanation for why no contact attempt was made

The driver’s name and contact details or depot contact

Confirmation that the parcel will be delivered without further delay

Please resolve this matter as soon as possible.
