No delivery and lie on attempted calls

Hi. I was supposed to have a delivery today. And I got no call. And I was told I was called twice I was home all day and my phone calls are forwarded to my husband if I am unavailable. And there was no call. When do get my delivery. I get hold of Matthew who told me he called me from the land line and his driver and my phone did not ring. I advised if my phone is unavailable my phone calls get redirected to my husband. And Every one tried to call me has gotten hold me today. Then I get a miss call straight after my phone call with Matthew from Courier guy . So how did my phone ring after 1700..
