No Delivery and Empty Promises

The Courier Guy have delayed the delivery of my parcel by 3 weeks. I could'nt get through to their Knysna branch and when we finally escalated the issue to head office, we were promised that the delivery will be done "tomorrow". That was a week ago and we are still waiting.
