No delivery

I have been waiting for a locker delivery since the 13/12/2022 it supposed to be a locker delivery and it does not seem to be getting delivered to the locker.

I was called by someone stating that they would deliver the parcel to my address however now today 22/12/2022 the driver who has my parcel has had a break down.

I spoke to Johanna who refused to provide me with her surname and this is really unprofessional as It does not allow me to track who is dealing with my issue and this lade is really rude. I would like the call to be listened to by a manager.

this is the worst service!!!
