I’m laying a complaint with both Klersdorp and Bloemfontein branch because of their unprofessional services

On Tuesday at 08h00 I went to the branch in Klerksdorp to drop a document that was supposed to be in Bloemfontein before 11h00 on Friday .

Only on Saturday I get an email that my parcel was not delivered because it did not have a sticker .I have an Acc with this people so I do not know why they did not tell me that I’m gonna need a sticker .Even at Bloemfontein ,why they did not call me while they were there about this or take it to the branch to put the sticker and take it back .This parcel was overnight for goodness sake. I called Bloemfontein branch the guy said will escalate the matter as her manager is not there .In Klerksdorp no one picked up the phone they kept dropping it until I sent email want to know why they went further and responded today saying they don’t know and they will take it back to me today .

Please this branch needs to be tended to with an intervention you cannot run a company like you run your home .

I’m highly disappointed in you and I want to hear from the management before I can do anything from my side.
