No credit - we don’t care

Shocking customer service. I bought funds to courier via Pudo on the 8th of December. Twice. Neither transactions have reflected in my wallet to this date. Customer service is snotty in their responses and I’m just getting nowhere. Different person replies every time and no one is committed to actually sorting out the issue. It’s pathetic! It’s quite simple - the money has gone off my account, no credit has been app**** to my wallet - FIX IT.
