No communication. Moving my parcel without my knowledge. Pathetic customer service.

Absolutely appalling! No notification was sent to either me or the recipient to let us know that the package must be collected. The useless app kept telling me my package is in transit. They moved my package without any correspondence to me or the recipient. Must I smell where my package is?? I would never recommend this service to anyone. Rather pay that extra money for door to door delivery with a respectable company. Pudo / The Courier Guy does not qualify as a respectable company.
