No Communication and Poor Service

The courier guy lost our parcel and they are not taking the responsibility. No communication from them, they are sending us from pillar to post. We have to call in to enquire about this issue and they have been investigating the whole but they not even calling us for the status of the parcel. Very poor disappointing service for a company as big as the courier guy.
