No communication!

I booked The Courier Guy to collect police clearances from Pretoria and deliver it to Cape Town late last year. I gave special instructions to collect more than one from Pretoria. First they tried to charge me R150 per SAPS clearance which I refused as I was not informed of this when I booked and paid online as well as I gave the list of clearances to be collected. Then it took them nearly a month to collect them. I received only one in Cape Town. I then tried to change courier companies as The Courier Guy could not follow instructions. I was then informed by the new courier company that SAPS informed them that The Courier Guy collected all my clearances. I phoned SAPS to confirm this and was told the same thing. I emailed The Courier Guy and as today, 8 Feb 2022, I have not received the other clearances and The Courier Guy has not given me any feedback as where they are. The Courier Guy has lost my legal documents.
