No collections lies

The driver was supposed to come collect on the 9th July I received an email saying delivery failed. When I call the call center to enquire I was told it was the wrong driver. Today the 10th July still no collections I call again I am told I didn't hand over the hand set..like really why would I not I have been waiting for them forever...worst experience ever....
