No collection, no call, refusing refund DD-KBA6JL

Paid for collection Sandton to Polokwane DD-KBA6JL. Driver never called me or collection contact. Tracking says "Order/Invoice Number Required" - driver never asked for it. No parcel ever collected. Support sent tracking showing their own failure and now stopped replying and refusing credit. Want full credit.
