No changes or cancellations allowed.

Make sure you don't change your mind to drop off at another locker, or cancel your booking. Once you have paid, no changes can be made to the drop-off location, and even if you don't send, there is no refund. Don't feel relaxed like their catchy video suggests - read the T&C's. I have received my parcel once before, which I was happy with, otherwise this would have been a 1 star review.
