No care for packages

I've been using Courier guy for around 3 years for all my non electronic goods with some routers, I decided it's time to give them a chance with electronic goods(laptop) and they showed why I shouldn't, not only did they damage a well packaged item but their response is purely a shame we take no responsibility for how our guys handle items.

They've displayed that they have no care for their customers or the goods they courier. As a small business owner having to fork out a few thousand to cover the cost of their damages it leaves a bad taste and shows why their reviews have been trending downwards lately.

Disappointing really.
