NO AFTER SERVICE FROM THE COURIER GUY - BEWARE!!!!!!

DISGRACEFUL SERVICE FROM A SUPPOSEDLY REPUTABLE COURIER COMPANY!!!!! They think they're clever to have instituted PINS which are actually a nightmare when the courier guy arrives at the intercom and you happen to be driving and can't get to it!! Perfect system in a perfect world but not a lot of thinking went into the process as a whole. This happened to me on one my deliveries from a company I use often and who is an excellent customer of The Courier Guy - in fact, I purchase LOADS OF STUFF online - so when the driver from The Courier Guy called, I told him I was driving and said I had no way of getting to the PIN. He said he would 'make a plan' for which I was very grateful and hoped that there was indeed such an option in place. I DID NOT GIVE A PIN NUMBER!!!!! The senior management at The Courier Guy said that the PIN number ties up with what I said/did and the parcel was delivered. LIE!!!!! I explained this to the person who called me from The Courier Guy and they now have taken it upon themselves not to take calls from their customer. Absolutely shocking, uncaring and completely unprofessional. Have the decency to engage with your customers, Courier Guy, or shut your doors!!!!!
