No accuracy when needed most!

Lately I receive parcels through The Courier Man. The first two times, they never sent me a waybill nr and become very cheecky when I told them, and sharp with the mouth. Today they left the parcel at security, without the waybill in the side pocket, and nothing written on the parcel itself. Thus no name, no telephone no adress on the parcel. Goodness, this is an extremely precise business/service that they are suppose to deliver. I tried to get hold of manangement - you don't get any further than the sales people. Please spread the news, as what should be a great servise, is becoming useless as most other things in this country.
