Nightmare experience with PUDO COURIER GUY

I have been using Pudo for a little while for my side hustle, I deposited a parcel with a few items that my sister was going to help sell on the 29 April 2024. Only to be told that my parcel went missing only when I made calls to enquire on the 9 May 2024! To this day I must keep initiating emails! First they have me a claim form, now they want proof from ME on what was in the parcel and how much it was worth! Like I must have known they’ll lose it!
